Chesapeake Appreciation, Inc., (d.b.a. the Oyster Recovery Partnership) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization networking with local, state and federal agencies to help bring back oyster resources to the Maryland waters of the Chesapeake Bay. We receive our operating funds through grants and donations from federal, state and local governments, corporations, foundations and private citizens.

The organization believes in maximizing its monetary resources. Over 90% of our funds are used for in-the-water and on-the-ground restoration and recovery programs.
