Nestled amidst the bustling streets of Baltimore, @TheLocalOyster is all set to dazzle festival-goers with their exquisite oyster offerings sourced from the enchanting St. Jerome Creek, a hidden gem tucked away in the remote depths of the Chesapeake in southern Maryland. @truechesapeake , pioneers in their own right, broke new ground by opening the first-ever oyster farm restaurant in the state of MD. The menu is a tribute to the pristine waters and the farm-raised treasures it holds. Among their array of delectable oyster varieties, two stand out like shining stars on a moonlit sea – the Skinny Dippers and Huckleberries.

@annapolisoysterco is located off the Severn Sea Farm at the mouth of Weems Creek. WIYO guests will enjoy oysters from their three main brands, Priest Points, Mids, Skippies. These oysters are a product of their environment; owing to the brackish ecosystem of the Severn River, they have a balanced taste with mild salinity and subtle sweetness.

Hollywood_Oyster Co. is located on a 300-acre farm in St. Mary’s County, in the heart of Maryland oyster country, near where the US National Oyster Shucking Championship Contest takes place. WIYO guests will enjoy their top varieties, including Hollywood and the Sweet Jesus (sweet with complex, mineral/mossy flavors), and Va Va Voom (slightly briny with buttery flavors with a clean finish). Hollywood Oyster Co. supports restoration efforts in the Chesapeake Bay by creating oyster habitat in and surrounding growing cages.
