A Passion for Oyster Restoration Film Night

February 20 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Patagonia’s film for February is A Passion for Oysters, a 45-minute documentary that chronicles the wild and convoluted story of Chesapeake oysters, through the eyes of watermen, scientists and historians. This latest film is produced by the renowned team of Dave Harp, Tom Horton and Sandy Cannon-Brown of the Bay Journal. By exploring the enduring legacy of oysters in the Chesapeake Bay, discover how these silent shellfish have generated so much controversy, and where their best hope for the future lies.

After the film, there will be a Q&A panel with oyster restoration advocates from Surfrider Annapolis and ORP. Connect with other coastal advocates and learn about the oyster restoration programs in the Chesapeake Bay. Be sure to stop by the ORP table to “Adopt-an-Oyster”, check out our limited edition merch, and grab some other swag to show your love for the Chesapeake Bay!

Must RSVP to receive entry ticket. Each entry ticket includes* 2 drink tickets and 1 chance-to-win ticket**.

*Limited to availability on a first come, first serve basis.
**This ticket will enter you for a chance-to-win some fly fishing themed Patagonia product. Must be present to win.
